When this arrived, it was badly damaged, as others have noted in their reviews. I contacted SASTools, the distributer, and they promptly got back to me saying another was shipped. I was also told to donate the damaged product. When I took it out of the box, I found there was no hardware - no door pulls for any of the drawers. Makes it even more useless. Upon contacting SASTools again, they advised all they do is ship - that Hirsch is the manufacturer and that as an American company, should have done better. This is a cheap, poorly fabricated, incompletely packaged product, the only saving grace of which is the timely response offered by the distributer, to the product woes. Strongly suggest you stay away from this product and this manufacturer.

Over Priced!

This exact same filing cabinet can be found at your local Walmart (however, you will NOT find it on their website) for about half the price (and you don't have a pay an arm and a leg on shipping). The filing cabinet is awesome but definitely over priced on this site! Be sure to check your local stores before submitting your purchase through here because the company that ships the filing cabinets is very speedy (which is great but it does not give you much time to cancel your order).

Good cabinet

The first time I received this cabinet, it was bent in several different places, so I exchanged it for the same style (minus the dents). The customer service at the company was excellent--the new cabinet arrived the very next day. This is a nice-looking cabinet. The quality is not bad...the cabinet is a little flimsy and tips easily, but overall it is functional. A little too expensive for what it is, but I had a difficult time finding anything that was nice and substantially cheaper.
