Great Desk! Easy to set up. Buying a 2nd one.

This desk is great. Very spacious. Just right for my laptop that hooks up to my 21-inch monitor. Also gives me space for a 2nd study area for only my books. I'm buying a second one just like it for my new apartment.

The shipping was good. The people who shipped offered to take it upstairs which is a big plus because this thing is heavy!

Excellent desk and easy to put together

I've only been using this desk for a short while, but I really like it. It was very easy to put together. I had everything done in under two hours working by myself. The directions are very clear and come in several languages. You can choose your configuration for the legs of the 'L'.

I like the styling. I like the fact that it's also fairly light and will be easy to tear down and move. Because the desk tops are glass, you do need to take more care with the surfaces. The glass is tempered, so if an accident occurs it should be easy and safe to clean up.

In summary, I highly recommend this desk. It may not be for everyone, but it's definitely worth some consideration.

I really like this desk - well designed and spacious. Looks very nice. A pleasure to work at.

the shipper was terrific too. How many companies do you know that will happily drag an box that weighs over 100 pounds up to the second floor? Not only that - the gentleman was very good with my large and excitable dog. Rare in delivery people - though I know they have their reasons!

Well Worth the Price

I have seen a similar desk at the local home center, but this one (Z-Line) is MUCH better built, and about the same price. It is super-easy to assemble, and very sturdy. No wiggle whatsoever, and the glass seems heavy and has great surface finish. Unfortunately, in this modern, litigious era, there is a warning sticker on each piece of glass, which was a pain to remove. Can't blame them for the c.y.a. though.
If glass and slick black is your style, I definitely recommend this product. I would like to see other, matching pieces to make a complete home office set.

Well-Designed and Easy to Assemble

I bought this desk as a Christmas present for my mom who wanted a computer work station. Having assembled a plethora of furniture over the years, I would give this item very high marks in ease-of-assembly. All the parts are numbered and all the hardware is individually wrapped by type/size. The printed instructions were adequate and everything went together fairly easily. The only tool needed is a small phillips screwdriver as everything else is included with the package. It's advisable to have some help when assembling. The desk itself appears well-made and my mom loves it.
